2025 - The government has offerred NHS workers 2.8% pay increase. The Pay Review Body has accepted this offer on workers’ behalf. Unite is of the view that the PRB is not fit for purpose. The last time NHS pay was in line with inflation was 2010.

Unite will be surveying members around May - June if they accept this pay award.
